Refund policy

ClipPair doesn't have a free trial, so it has a no-questions refund instead.

14 days, no reason needed. If ClipPair doesn't work on your network, doesn't fit how you work, or you just changed your mind, email support@clippair.app within 14 days of purchase with the email address you bought with (or your order number). You'll get a full refund to your original payment method.

How it's processed. Payments are handled by Gumroad, the merchant of record for ClipPair sales. We ask them to refund your order; it usually reaches you within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

What happens to the app. After a refund your license stops renewing. ClipPair keeps working until its current license check-in expires (at most 3 weeks) and then pauses syncing. Nothing on your computers is deleted. You can uninstall it any time.

After 14 days. Email us anyway if something's wrong. We'll try to fix it, and we'll consider refunds case by case. Nothing here limits any rights you have under the consumer law where you live.

Please don't send your license key or pairing phrase by email. Your order email or order number is all we need.
